import PT3 note to PT4

How can i import PT3 note to PT4 without importing the hands.
I just want to have my PT3 players notes to PT4 but not importing all my hands(PT4 Database new).
I've trailled to use the PT3 backup but seems impossible to use it with PT4.

The only way to bring PT3 notes across to PT4 is to use our conversion utility via Tools -> Setup Assistant in PT4. Once the data converts you can purge the hands from PT4 if you desire by going to Database -> Purge.
