A fellow of pokerstrategy.fr has the problem that his installation bloques at this point:

He can't close: Where is the problem?

It looks like the currency is being updated for the hands that are imported. It's entirely possible that PT4 is still working at that point - how long has he waited before Force Quitting PT4?

He tried again and let it work and it at least finished; so everything is fine now.
