Hi,

since today my HUD doesn't show at 25nl zoom pokerstars, maybe due to their update?
I checked and it does work at 5nl and 10nl zoom.

was just about to make this post.

Tried it for all the zoom micro limits and it works for all except 16nl and 25nl.

Thanks for letting us know, I'll make sure this gets investigated ASAP.

still no solution? its not working for me as well only at 25 nl

I can confirm this is an issue for everyone at 6max 25NL and 50NL Zoom. We are working on a fix.

An update will be pushed out when it is ready, but it will require some work to find and fix the problem after this PokerStars change. The development team are investigating, and we'll let you know when the fix is out.

Maybe it helps, i did not make any Pokerstars Update (using pokerstars.exe and not pokerstarsupdate.exe) and have the same issue today - it worked yesterday.

I did update PokerStars yesterday and played a 25NL Zoom session afterwards with a working HUD. Only start from this morning the HUD didn't work anymore.

Same for me, worked fine yesterday but doesn't work today.
