very slow import with new computer

Hi

A fellow of pokerstrategy.fr has reported that after having bought a new computer with win 8 he has a very slow importing of hands:

When he clicks on "Getting Hands While Playing", it runs, however with the rhythm of 1 hand each 30 seconds (without exagearation).

When he wants to asee the results over a period of time, it necesits a huge amount of time to load.
Example: selection for january (Between 01/01/15 and 31/01/15) , it needs about 3-4 minutes to load and to show the hands (about ~30Kh)

What could be the cause?

The first thing to do would be to rebuild the cache via Database > Database Management > Rebuild Cache > Full Cache rebuild. This will take some time if they have a large database.
If that doesn't help have them open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can see what is going on.
