HUD on ipoker MTTs random positions

I play on all the sites and PT4 works great. But I just went back to ipoker and I have problems.

I have autocenter selected in the ipoker client and in PT4. However when I play on the table the positions of the HUD stats are kind of random and never under the right player. Even if I move them around to the right place and save layout, the next time I am at a new table, they are all messed up again.

Is there another trick with ipoker? This is on 9 handed MTT tables and is the same on two different skins.

Any ideas?

So we can see what's happening here please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket with your hand history file. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and depending on your Windows settings it will be a text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log'.

Is this on specific table sizes like 5max and 8max? Unfortunately iPoker do not specify the table size in their hand histories which makes difficult to identify these tables. The development team are aware of this issue so if you want to be automatically notified if this resolved in a future update you can let us know in a Support Ticket.

I played three tourneys in the last days, all 8max, and the problem occured in each of them.
8max seems to be the standard table size for tourneys on ipoker, there are no 9max tourneys.
Maybe you could change the poker tracker standard table size for ipoker to 8max (if that resolves the problem) until there is a final solution?

I believe everybody have this problem, when 8 ppl on table, HUD shows only for 7 players. But when you open the replayer, theres 8 huds normally. So its tracked but for some reason just not show on table.
I tried to change for show hud to everydody beside hero to see but not works, still missing one player.

Also pt4 replayer dont have option for 8max MTTs, but have for 10? You should include it on replayer. Not a problem but why dont include it.

If you cannot see a players HUD then it may be just outside of the visible HUD layer. You can extend this by changing a configuration setting in the PokerTracker.cfg file as follows:

1. Start PokerTracker 4.

2. Select "File > Open User Data Folder"

3. Close PokerTracker 4.

4. In the window that opened go to the Config folder and open the "PokerTracker.cfg" file in Notepad.

5.Find the section labelled [Hud] and add a line straight after that like this:

CoverOverlap=300

6. Save the change and restart PokerTracker 4. If you see the missing HUD you can now drag it back, save the layout and reverse the changes above.

I just played on ipoker yesterday for the first time in over 8 months. **This problem has been known for well over one year now and still no fix?????**

ipoker mtt's ARE ALL 8 HANDED, just take this as gospel.

As already mentioned, it works fine in hand replayer (8 huds), but in game(s) it is absolutely useless and virtually unplayable, certainly for multi tablers.

The 'missing' hud seems to 'predominantly fluctuate from 2 to my left or 1 to my right, I am sat centred at bottom screen (6 o' clock)

Even if I 'manually adjust (in game) and save it still makes zero difference once I save layout or someone could gets knocked out or I get moved to a new table etc.

I'm pretty sure it affects other positions too (randomly).

Have you any idea how tilt inducing this can be in game???????????

I.e - Someone you've colour tagged as super fishy rips 15x stack utg, it's a pretty easy call for us with AQo on the BTN, whereas if the real information is that it's really a super nit doing this (heavily weighted more towards QQ+/AK) then it's an incredibly easy fold for us.

As things stand, it means I'll only be able to play 1 table at a time on ipoker, due to this instability.

why no seating options on PT4 setup for ipoker either????????? Every other site covered by PT4 setup has seating option?

Please, please get this resolved asap.
