Add "Has Position" - IP/OOP for Stats that don't have it

Some stats like "Fold to PF 4B+ after 3B Preflop %" only have the option to select specific positions, while others have the option to select specific positions and "Has Position", as in In Position or Out of Position.

I'd like to have that feature on all stats, as for example, on the mentioned one: "Fold to PF 4B+ after 3B Preflop %", I'd like to know when the player is in the Big Blind against the Small Blind (IP), or Big Blind against the Button (OOP), because the strategies in both scenarios are wildly different and there's no way for me to discern how a player plays them if I can't make the stat both apply for a specific position (BB) as well as Relative Position (IP/OOP).

Some stats are complex that's why the toggle isn't there.
The best way to code these is using the custom stats feature

The 'Has Position' property in the HUD Profile Editor is for postflop statistics only. Determining who is in or out of postition for a preflop scenario is more dynamic and will need to be determined in a custom statistic depending on the situation.
