Good day, every time you import PT4 writes:
12:19:53 am: Import complete. 92,674 hands in 102 files were imported. (38 errors, 2,625 duplicates)
12:19:54 am: Performing database maintenance ...
12:43:46 am: Error: Unable to maintain database. Reason: Unable to execute query: VACUUM ANALYZE;; Reason: Fatal Error (ERROR: could not read block 119423 of relation 1663/237484/237514: Invalid argument)
12:43:46 am: Maintenance complete.

Please check your anti-virus to make sure that no files in the PostgreSQL directory were quarantined - the mostly likely cause for the error you posted is that a file from the PostgreSQL directory was removed and it needs to be restored in order to function again properly.
