bb not BB

At the very least, somewhere we should have the option to choose globally if you want to use bb or BB. You can choose 8379 different base currencies but we have to use BB?

Never mind, it is in big blinds not big bets!!! OMG AWESOME!

Big blinds are used if you play NL or PL and big bets if you play FL. :)
