[REQUEST] M-Zone report for Tournaments !

Hi !

M zones by Harrington means:
M = your stack / (BB+antes)
So if the result is over 20 this means you are in the green zone, if it is between 10 and 20 it means you are in the yellow zone, bteween 6 and 10 you are in orange zone, less than 6 => you are in red zone and less than 1 you are in gray (dead zone).

According to Harington strategy for tournaments you need to use a specific strategy for each zone, specific hands for each zone and so on, according to each M zone discussed above.

I want to please you to make a report which shows to me each M zone (green, yellow, orange, re and gray) and each position (SB, EP,MP, BB, LP ), the number of hands for each one, the amount of bb wins by each zone and by position, the number of ALL-INs made from each position and in each M zone and their EVs, and so on...

I want to analyze my game in order to see if i play well the M zone and which cards I play and if I made enough push and their EV shows to me if those push are right.

I've attached a stat here which when you add it to any report on the My Reports tab will group the hands in the report by M Zone.

So if you want to see by M and by Position add the Position stat also (which does the grouping by position) then whatever other stats you want to see.

At the group by M zone report I want to change the numbers of M from
0 <= M < 1 - Dead Zone
1 <= M < 5 - Red Zone
5 <= M < 10 - Orange Zone
10 <= M < 20 - Yellow Zone
20 <= M - Green Zone

to

0 <= M < 3 - Dead Zone
3 <= M < 6 - Red Zone
6 <= M < 13 - Orange Zone
13 <= M < 20 - Yellow Zone
20 <= M - Green Zone

and the sorting from the end to the start.

I tried to edit the numbers in group_by_m_zone.pt4rpt with wordpad and word but then could not inserted. Could you please help me?

Those ranges would not correspond with the original definitions, however you can make a version that does this. To edit such things you don't do it in Notepad but in PT4 itself. Open the Configure -> Statistics window, go to the Tournament Player Columns. That's where you'll find the value you want to edit. There isn't a column to group by M that's built in but if you import a report that has one (like the one you mention) you'll find the custom column in blue and it should be fairly easy to edit. If you can't figure it out, paste the expression here and I'll tell you how to change it to match what you want.
