3bet Non AI in position

Hi All,
I wrote a custom statistics for 3bet PF non Allin and work fine, But now i Would like to add that stats in position and out of position, but i have problem, and i need help :)

my custom stats is :

sum(if[tourney_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_3bet AND tourney_hand_player_statistics.amt_p_raise_made < tourney_hand_player_statistics.amt_p_effective_stack, 1, 0])

Add in that:
substring(tourney_hand_summary.str_agressors_p from 2 for 1)::int > substring(tourney_hand_summary.str_agressors_p from 3 for 1)::int
for 3bettor in position on the 2bettor

and change > to < for out of position.

again i receive this mesage : The statement is not valid SQL :(

sum(if[tourney_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_3bet AND tourney_hand_player_statistics.amt_p_raise_made < tourney_hand_player_statistics.amt_p_effective_stack AND substring(tourney_hand_summary.str_aggressors_p from 2 for 1)::int > substring(tourney_hand_summary.str_aggressors_p from 3 for 1)::int , 1, 0])
