I am another BetOnline player as it is the only choice for US players to use real money online. Anyone that doesn't realize this now will realize it very soon. I hope you guys offer support for it very soon, otherwise I just used up my free online trial for nothing.

We do not intend to support BetOnline unless it grows in traffic, the network it is on is too small to devote development resources at this time. Sorry...

I probably disagree with this statement. And here is why:
a. I've been playing on BO for 2 or 3 months and until at least 2am EST there are 5-8 full 10 seater tables.
b. Leaf on the other hand is barely 3-4 6 seater tables And usually by midnight there is one or max two full tables running. there maybe another 2-3 tables with a few players up to $1/$2 limits

Please note:
I didn't write down all stats everyday. Just my observation several times a week mostly in the evenings ( EST ) .

With this been said - I would vote AGAINST adding this particular site (Betonline) to the list of the supported ones.

Reason:
disorganized, unprofessional and untrustworthy company.

Here are 3 examples:
a. Just to check if the negative rumors are right, i asked for my HH. I explicitly asked for "whatever amount of HH they can get - one month or one week". After 3 emails with different CUS reps i'm still waiting for the HH
b. I asked to confirmed if the the bonus was deposited to my account - after 2 months i'm still waiting for an answer.
c. i stopped playing there for at least a month and last night i got an email stating that they are following up on some ticket that i created 3 months ago ....
Basically it's a completely disorganized company. And i won't put nay money / time into it anymore.

i agree with the above poster i have left bet online had alot of troubles with the shady site

The network which runs the BetOnline software was sold last week. We will continue to monitor the health of this network, in the event it ever exceeds our minimum requirements then we can consider adding BetOnline at that time - but not until then. You should also know that we have spoken with BetOnline already, the results were not positive.

Really? On sportsbookreview.com it has pretty good ratings. I've been on the site for a while and haven't had any real problems. Maybe I'm just lucky, but I've contacted customer service several times and always gotten an answer pretty quick. But if there's some stuff I don't know I'd rather switch my poker $ to a different site. What's the best one for a US player on a Mac?

BetOnline stopped operations today. This is a good example of why PokerTracker does not support smaller card rooms without development support from the card room operators.
