HUD error after updating to new beta 4.05.8

This morning I opened Pt4 and told me to update to the new beta and when finished, I reopened PT4.

Then, I opened the poker client "888.es" and registered in a FR MTT. At the table, my customized HUD for opponents seemed to work proper, but for Hero it only showed "bbs" (when I have included "bbs / Name / vpip / pfr / 3b").

When finished playing, I opened the Replayer for rewiewing, but happened the same (see attach).

Should I consider to revert by re-installing v4.05.7? With it this didn´t happened.

First, please restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and reproduce this problem. Then please send us the PokerTracker4.log file via a support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears.

Once you've done that, the database change for 4.05.8 was related to tournaments - if you're not a tournament player you can revert to 4.05.7 safely.

How do I "reproduce the problem"? I´m not reallly sure to understand what you mean with it. Anyway, I enabled logging (see "1" in attach), and

2/ "clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears." --> I did, and think it´s the one you see in the attach (as "2") and it´s the one I should send via a support ticket, yes?

Then, this morning I should have better not updated to this v. Many times at the tables I need to know my general image by watching some stats.

Same for me - Only xx BB showing for hero - all other stats showing as "-". Other players at table working fine, it seems.

I have the same Problems as reported, it also doesnt show my Name (at Partypoker) in the hud and a wrong name at stars.
It also doesnt record Satellite winnings randomly.

IMPORTANT:

PokerTracker 4 was upgraded to 4.05.8 late last night, but we removed this download due to some unexpected issues that were discovered.

1) The HERO's HUD in HUSNG games would not display

2) The database update would not perform for .IT and .ES users (these are the only two countries we can confirm so far, we dont know yet if this affected others)

3) You cannot edit tournaments.

A patch will be released shortly to fix these two issues, in the meantime we have removed the 4.05.8 update.

IMPORTANT: If you already upgraded to 4.05.8 then do not revert to 4.05.7 or any other prior version!!!! Please be patient as we work to put out the new release ASAP. We hope to have a solution for you within the day.

If you do not reside in Italy or Spain, and you don't play HUSNGs, then you can safely use 4.05.8 without any concerns for the integrity of your data or in-game workflow.

StevenM , during the updating database i closed it via task manager. Now i can see only my stats, nobody else. What am i supposed to do now?

If you interrupted the upgrade process then it should have restarted next time you ran PT4. Did that happen?
Did you let the upgrade finish this time?

Lucky me, I just bought PT4 upgrade from PT3 last night.

Should I go back and redo the whole startup process using 4.05.7? My PT3 database was quite small since I just started using a new DB upon switching from Merge to WPN.

I aborted the import from my HEM DB (about 200k hands) because it seemed to be hung for a very long time.

The HUD error I am seeing is while playing 2 tables of the same NL cash game PT4 gets the tables switched and overlays the HUD on top of the wrong table. Is this problem related, or a separate issue? Is there a known workaround?
