Problems with my HUD.

Hello, Im having problems with my HUD as of yesterday. The problem is, in the middle of the hand it keeps switching a villains stats to underneath my seat and making everybody elses dissapear. It does not do it every hand but it seems to do it at random. Ive tried another HUD Profile, and Ive tried it with only one table as I usually multi table x4 Zoom on PokersTARS. I also tried to rebuild the cache to see if that helped but to no avail.

There are known issues with the Zoom Hud for PokerStars that occurred as a result of an update to their software this week. We are actively working on a fix and working with PokerStars to get this fix together as soon as possible. But I do not have a time frame for it at this point.

Sorry to intrude. It seems like a lot of ppl have this same problem.

My question is, do I have to also create a log file and send it to you guys? I can just wait for a fix for this common issue right?

You don't have to send us a log at this point, but if you do we'll be able to make sure you are personally notified when we have a fix.

I tried many times but the form just isnt working.

My HUD is fked up right now, shows only stats from one player :/

Don't worry about attaching your log, I believe that we have the data we need now and I hope the update will be pushed out soon.

Is there a way to revert to the older version of PT4 until this is solved?

To be honest I had no issues previously... But the update notification was popping up when I was starting PT4 so I went for it :roll:

The update has been released now and will be downloaded automatically the next time you restart PT4. Make sure that PokerStars is not running when you restart PT4 so that the update can be applied.
