I don't find cev stat

I would have cev stat in my box result but when i go configur and search for it there is no chips ev or cev stat in the list. .

There is no 'cev' statistic in PokerTracker 4 (see this guide) but there is an 'All-In Equity Adjusted' statistic which is the amount of chips won when adjusting for all-in pots.
