Play Money - Pokerstars

Hi,
Can you track play money in Poker Tracker 4? I can't seem to get the program to track this at all.

Please let me know.

What specific PokerStars client are you using? Play money games are supported on PokerStars however if you are using the PokerStars.NET client then unfortunately for some reason that particular client does not allow for the saving of hand history files unlike all the other PokerStars clients worldwide:

PokerStars Configuration Guide

If you have the option to save hands (PokerStars Client -> Settings -> Playing History -> Hand History -> [x] Save My Hand History) then PokerTracker 4 will work there but if not the only options are to download a PokerStars client that saves hands or maybe PokerStars support could provide you with a version that does save files locally.
