PT4 HUD on Bet365 (iPoker)

Postby Viegaard » Thu Aug 31, 2023 2:55 pm

Does the PT4 HUD work here? If yes - Can someone please tell me what folder to add to PT4. The .dk version of BET365 (iPoker network) is so confusing it doesn't say hand history etc. Just a bunch of sub folders.

I have tried adding them all nothing makes the HUD track.

It tracked for a while, but now it stopped. So I found the correct folder but it is not tracking anymore.

Update: It's now showing hands in the View Todays Hands from the "future" 2-3 minutes into the future timestamps?

The default hand history folder for iPoker is this:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\{iPoker Client Name}\data\{iPoker Screenname}\History\Data

The time the hand was played is specified in the poker sites hand history files so you can check those to see if that matches up with what you see in PokerTracker 4. If you're not sure then take a screenshot and attach that to a Support Ticket along with the relevant hand history files.

I swapped over to Betfair. I can find the folder but inside Data there isnt a History - I have checked save inside of the Betfair client.

Presuambly you have tried playing at least one hand before checking? You could try reinstalling the poker client and also checking your poker sites installation folder in C:\Program Files (x86) as for some reason the hand history folders can end up there for some reason otherwise if the hand history files are still not being created then I'd recommend contacting your poker sites support regarding that.

Now they are being created. But after setting the TZ for that site/network to CEST. It posts all hands +3 minutes into the future (time wise) will that have a negative effect on that database in the long run?

I play on Betfair but that timezone was set to GMT and I am CEST. So I picked another site with a weird name that matched my timezone.

If you are playing on Betfair then you should select Betfair in PokerTracker 4. iPoker hand histories do not specify what timezone is being used so the time in the iPoker lobby should also be set to server time and not your local time and that should allow hands to import as the correct time as well as avoid potential problems with retrieving currency exchange rates during sessions.
