Unable to Get Hands While Playing

Postby Le_Platypus » Mon Sep 03, 2012 6:16 pm

I encountered this error today when I started to import my hands:

"PokerTracker has detected that you are attempting to import a large amount of hands while playing. Please check your hand history directory configuration and ensure you have the Move Process Files option enabled."

Let me tell you what I have done to try to fix this:
1. I did check to see if the "Move Processed Files" was enabled, and it is.
2. I tried restarting PokerTracker, and PokerStars.
3. I reinstalled PokerTracker twice.
4. I am running PokerTracker as administrator.
5. I can get my stats if I manually import my hands, but it is tedious and that's what the software is suppose to do for me :D

Running Windows 7.
Please help me out I've tried quite a bit and I have got no results. Thanks for your interest.

Is this in PT3 or PT4?
If you run through the Setup Assistant (in PT4, Tools > Setup Assistant; in PT3, File > Setup Wizard) and go through the Site Configuration steps for your site(s) it will import and more all of the existing hand history files.
