BetSafe Poker Black

Hi.
I'm attempting to import hands from Betsafe Poker Black to PT4 but I'm having no luck. on Betsafe I've checked that hand histories are being saved for 30days and language is english. On PT4 I've used Setup assistant and it the directory it autodetects is the gamehistory.dat file (which I presume is correct). I also tried to manually import from drive and selected that file also but it does not display any hands. I probably only played around 20/30 hands but none of them are showing so I'm at a bit unsure how to fix the problem? Thanks

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.
