Partypoker My game downloadable hand history?

Sorry if this has been brought up before. But, how am I able to view these hand histories in PT4? I assume I need to move the downloaded HH into a specific folder etc? Also, others have mentioned changing their party alias (within Pt4) to 'Hero'?

Is there a step-by-step guide for this procedure?

You can import your downloaded hands into PokerTracker 4 using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk' and then selecting the folder you have them saved to. Your own name in these hand histories will be 'Hero' so to review those hands you will need to select that as the active player in PokerTracker 4 although you can also create an alias to link that to your other name(s) in PokerTracker 4.

However, the .txt file which I downloaded from Party is seemingly not recognised by PT4. I follow the steps you listed above and the import happens. Only, zero hands are dectected...

Do I have to do something with the .txt file first? If I open it, I can see the hands listed with 'hero' just as you described.

Make sure you have updated to the latest version of PokerTracker 4. If the file doesn't import there please send it to us in a Support Ticket.

When do you guys fix the Deal it twice problem?

If you mean 'Run It Twice' then I don't have a date for when these hands will be supported. Open a Support Ticket if you want to be notified when support has been added.
