With this new update I get the following error message (and no hands will be displayed) when choosing "Hands" in the "Tournament" section:
"Unable to load Query. Reason: Unable to load Query. Reason: Unknown token encountered: cnt_p_raise_first_in"

This is a known issue.

The Download page.
Scroll down for Beta 17.

Open Task Manager (ctrl-alt-del) and on the Processes tab find pokertracker.exe and End it.

No I don't have a log file and I have already removed it from my computer. I have tried to stick with poker tracker but honestly need to find a software that is reliable. Using PT3 is costing me money every time I open it, just the frustration factor alone is taking away from my game.

exactly the same happened to me, I come back and give PT3 another try and just like the last beta version crashes from the HUD I'm guessing, the tables "lock out" and you can't do a damn thing but watch yourself timeout, very frustrating, but I'm very happy for the beta trials because its saved me money and further frustrations so far. See what the end of the month brings hey.... maybe Pev will be out.

Since I got Beta 17 I haven't been able to turn my ongame hands from PT3 into PT2. PT2 won't read them. Is there any how possible anymore to do that? Will there be any fixes for this issue?

For example can you make a patch to PT2 so it reads the ongame hands like in PT3?

Do you mean hands you have exported from PT3 won't import into PT2?
If so, please attach one of these files to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

For now, though, can't you just import from the original HH files which will be in the 'processed' folder?

Done.

This is what I have been doing before, but since Beta 17 release it doesn't import the files anymore into PT2.

PT3 doesn't do anything to the original files, it just moves them, so there is no reason for them not to import.
Have you been able to import directly into PT2 when PT3 hasn't read them first?

Yes I have. Last time time last weekend.

But when I try to import them to PT2 after PT3 has exported them first, it says the import was success but it finds 0 new hands in PT2.

Here is a picture from it: http://img262.imageshack.us/my.php?image=importvx8.jpg

Just tested also if it works when I directly import them to PT2 after playing without exporting to PT3 first.

It still works: http://img411.imageshack.us/my.php?image=ongamegs8.jpg

Since OnGame hands are in database files normally, not text files, try using the Generic Auto Import in PT2.
File -> Auto import hand histories -> Generic Setup.

As you you know there is some issues with the beta 17. But i play on ongame so im happy bout the progress. The hud has its problem but thats soon to be fixed i guess. The only problem i havnt seen anyone mention is that after ive left my pc on while I sleep and let it datamine on ongame after i wake up the pockertracker.exe uses more then 1gb ram, when i started it it used like 80mb so obv memory leak/loop. I have 4g so no problem but its obv something really wrong. Just wanted to mention it if you didnt already knew it. Keep up the good work
