GGpoker hands - winnings in pokercraft different than in tra

Hello All,

I have recently started playing on GGpoker and I import my hand history into PT4.

For some reason that I can't explain, there is always a significant difference between the amount won/loss displayed on the GGpoker Pokercraft widget and the amount calculated by PT4 after importing the hands for the same session. Both on NLHE and PLO.

I never run and don't get any error message while importing the hands.

I have already submitted a ticket for support but was wondering if anyone else was having this issue ?

While you have sent us hands and PokerCraft screenshots have you actually also compared results of your sessions in PokerTracker 4/PokerCraft to your actual cashier balance changes in GGPoker? This just looks like PokerCraft isn't accounting for rake at all:

You sent us a sample of 1,336 hands with a net result in PokerTracker 4 of +$6.22.

Your PokerCraft reports a result of +$25.06 for those 1,336 hands.

If I add your attributed rake in PokerTracker 4 and attributed jackpot rake (custom statistic not available by default) then I get:

$6.22 + $14.88 + $4.00 = $25.10

This is a difference of $0.04 which I'd probably attribute to rounding errors in PokerCraft since I don't see an issue with the hands themselves (based on the data GGPoker are providing to PokerTracker 4 in them).

I will reach out to GGpoker support to ask if they do show winnings including rake, but your theory makes sense.

Is there a way to filter hands to find out which ones involved a splash pot ? I am trying to figure out how many I won (10BB and 20BB ones) to compare with the BBJ fee i paid.

There isn't a built-in filter for these hands but you can do that with a custom expression filter in 'My Reports':

cash_hand_histories.id_hand = cash_hand_player_statistics.id_hand and cash_hand_histories.history like '%STP added%'

You can use this expression filter by clicking on the 'Filters' link and selecting 'Add New Expression Filters'.

You can now get a rake-adjusted accurate graph in PokerCraft.

I just built a Chrome extension that will replace the incorrect default graph with a rake-adjusted version.
