Where do I locate my Standard deviation number please

The following standard deviation statistics are available in PokerTracker 4 (the first two listed are for cash games only):

Game Currency Standard Deviation
My Currency Standard Deviation
Standard Deviation (BB/100)

You can add these statistics to a built-in report or a custom report.

But i need instructions on how to find my standard deviation where do i look, what do i do

If you want to see your standard deviation for bb/100 go to 'My Reports' and create a 'Player' report:

Add the 'Standard Deviation (BB/100)' to the report to see the value. You can add statistics to the report by searching for them and then double clicking the stat under 'Available Stats':
